Was such a great experience dealing with these guys. I live in Hobart. I found the van I wanted in Sydney on one Friday and bought it. Kombilife picked it up on the following Tuesday from the buyer and got it fully set up with kitchen, awning, swivel seats and a bunch of other extras by Thursday. They picked us up from the train station on Friday morning and that night we were at Perisher camping in the snow. Service was excellent.

Attempted to purchase magnetic fly screen for van. Called up to confirm stock and could pay via EFTPOS as I have to travel an hour to the store, and was told no problem at all.Arrived was given the part and then waited 25 minutes trying to pay while the three staff had little arguments with each other. Multiple times was asked for my credit card number instead of paying via eftpos and when I said I don't trust such a disorganised company with my credit card details in their computer system I received an eye roll from staff. At this point I left with nothing.Zero customer service. Zero organisation. Do not shop here.

Just purchased my first iKamper 3.0 2X from KombiLife Australia in Sydney. Had my fair share of tents, but this truly is next level. Now I can happily say that my wife hassles me to go camping rather than the other way around. Had some install issues in the beginning because of my rack, but Mark over at Kombi was patient, professional and helped find a solution that I was happy with. So thumbs up to them for going above and beyond!

It's awesome to deal with someone that loves Kombis as much as I do. Marks passion and knowledge is something that I enjoyed tapping into during our brief meet at the Sydney Camping show. Look forward to returning to Sydney to visit the actual shop front. Started saving the moment I got home.

Kombilife sell quality products for your VW van but their customer service is very poor. I have purchased many parts from them over the years with mixed experience - sometimes having the wrong parts sent, ordering parts that were listed as in stock only to be called 3 days later and told they were out of stock. Most recently I purchased a suspension kit and was assured was in stock and that it would be send with expedited delivery as I am under time pressure, kombilife was more than happy to accept my payment for this expensive item but after I followed up with them I am informed that they don’t have any plans to send it from their warehouse within 7 days. This is not good enough. It’s a pity that there is not more competition for aftermarket VW kombi parts in Australia

Had Mark, Mark and the crew do some work on my Multivan. I can honestly say that these guys (and Gals) are the best at what they do. Customer Service and professionalism beyond my expectations.
