Regret ever going through themWorse service around. Damage couches now have white spots all over my couches and to make it even worse missed behind cushions and had to get it done again as they barely cleaned it. When I got it redone the amount of dirty water was amazing wish I went with that company first. Try calling and talking to them but after 5 times of we have to contact the cleaner or we will call you back I just couldn't deal with it anymore

Booked for a quote and never turned up. Internet reviews confirmed this is a frequent case.

All Carpets returned our rug to us still smelling soiled and still shedding dirt and dust. They did not clean it properly at all and still charged us $120. Not to mention the communication was horrendous. I had to call them 3 separate times to follow up on the rug when their pick up driver said it would be back Either today or tomorrow". Instead it was 3 days later and only delivered to us when prompted. When we raised these issues with management we were told this was not grounds for a refund. Absolute worst customer experience. Do not bother engaging with All Carpets at all
