Went here for a haircut after months of searching for a hairdresser who understands curly hair. I'm glad to have found Sandra. She was lovely to talk to and took the time to give me hair care and product tips minus any sales pitches to sell their salon range. Just stuff that has worked for her curls. The haircut itself is reasonably priced.

I can't thank these lovely people enough, after visiting another hairdresser who ruined the quality of my hair, I came to this salon very upset and distressed, thinking I would have to cut a large amount off the ends of my hair.These ladies all helped me so much and went above and beyond to do what they could, and after an emergency appointment and with their detailed and helpful advice, is now feeling moisturised and well on it's way back to it's original condition!I honestly couldn't be happier with their service, I'll definitely be returning

I have been going to Hair Essence since it opened. The knowledge, advice and professional service is amazing. I like to change my colour every now and then, however what I think will suit me is not always correct as Karen takes time to explain. Her knowledge is amazing and I have always taken her advice and walked out very happy. If you need a change, I strongly recommend visiting this salon.
