Q1 Nails & Spa

I took two picture, one that needed to be lengthened and one that was about the same length as my original nails. I said it needed to be extended it was $80. I chose it even though it was more expensive than other stores. , I also respect! But...in the process of doing it they said my nails were too long for an extra $5 (they thought I needed a short shape so why should I extend them?) and most amazingly, they Say that round shape an extra $20? ? ? ? ? Well, because I'm unhappy they still only charge the $80 they said at the beginning, but it's already unpleasant, and they are not careful enough, they didn't trim the edges of my nails (which is an extra charge) I know they tried to be nice to me, but my hands weren't clean when I walked out of the professional" nail salon! Their glue is still on my fingersEDIT to their reply —It's a pity you took scissors and cut a hole for me when I knew your glue was on my finger and YOU DID NOT ASK ME TO WASH MY HANDS !!I didn't say that the nails are not good

avoid this salon at all costs! it will cost you $50 to simply sit down in the chair. Then an additional $5 if you want acrylics longer than the length of your natural nail? They charge you MORE if you want to waste less of their acrylic nail?? They give you a “set price” when you walk in, and then you leave paying $40 more than what you agreed to. They are rude and unprofessional and act all innocent when dealing with complaints, and by the looks of their previous replies to criticism, they will definitely reply back with another nasty comment.EDIT: as you can see I was correct with my final sentence lol. How unprofessional of you to assume what we can and can’t afford, when that was never mentioned by us… I will say it again with even more urge than before, AVOID. THIS. SALON.

I have never been satisfied with getting a nail done in the last 2 years. I have experienced all the nail salons located in Garden City. johnny is the best nail artist among them (nice shape+ clean art)And among the Vietnamese shops, it is the kindest and most well-managed.

I absolutely love these guys, although I haven’t been going for a while since I moved houses. Their attention for details is absolutely amazing and I always leave the salon happy with the result. I’ve been to many other places and it’s impossible to find one with their attention for details. No matter who is doing my nails, I know that they will be very well shaped and painted.

Don’t get my nails done often but when I do, I always come here and I love it !! Staff are super friendly and my nails always look perfect !! <3

I highly recommend this nail salon! The staff there are all lovely. There is a big emphasis on team work! I had previously attended this salon but this time I just had to write a review! I walked in on the day and the staff were able to accommodate me.I was so pleasantly surprised and happy with the end result of my nails. I got French tip on my natural nail with an almond shape. I really can’t stop looking at my hands now!I love the shape and the French tip was done with such precision! My nail tech who did the French tip was Olivia and next time I go I will be asking for her! She is very professional and friendly. Just got a full set of acrylics done here and they did such an amazing job. They really take their time filing/buffing and shaping making sure the nails are perfect. Had Linh and Johnny serve me I believe. Definitely recommend!

This review is from my appointment on the 15th on November, 2022. I would not recommend this place at all. First, my appointment was pushed back by half an hour (after I had booked over a month in advance when the booking list was free). I communicated to the staff that I had other appointments, seeing it was my formal night, but I got pushed aside and told to keep waiting. If it wasn’t for my mum coming in to ask about when I could get situated, I’m certain I would have had to wait even longer. My fingers were then treated quite roughly, leaving my cuticles in bad condition and the tips of my fingers hurting for more than a day after. Beside the improper treatment, the nail artist was absolutely reluctant to agree that the shape of my nails were crooked. I have gotten opinions from my friends and family and all can agree that they are not evenly shaped in the slightest. I am disappointed in the service and belittlement I felt by the staff. I recommend anyone to sincerely consider more professional places in Garden City that will value your time, their own policies and make sure you don’t leave the salon frustrated and devalued.
