Andrew was very good. I was confused about my options as a first home buyer and I had a million questions to ask. Andrew spent the better part of an hour with me going over the figures which was really good. I couldn't afford the loan yet but he helped me put together a savings plan so I will be able to next year. Very excited!

Supremely happy with the service I received at Yellow Brick Road North Lakes. I was a bit hesitant about using a broker but I am really happy I did. I initially used YBR North Lakes to get a better deal on my current home loan because my current bank just weren't interested in offering a lower rate, and Andrew and his team were able to get me a better rate with another lender and also were able to get my personal insurance at a better rate. Definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with how professional they were as a team, including the fact that they took the time to really get to know us on a personal level (which translated to finding out exactly what we needed) and were always available - even outside of business hours. The finance was at a better rate than what we could currently get with our own bank, which was fantastic as it saved us thousands of dollars in the long run! Very happy with the service from YBR North Lakes. Our current bank CBA weren’t interested in negotiating our interest rate but Andrew found us a better deal and saved us $900 a month.
