First time fantastic vibe friendly staff will most definitely be back

I thought twice before visiting this salon for my haircut because of the rating but trust me i loved my haircut. I had a long hair and I got them cut nicely short and i loved my changed look. The girls over there were helping and did what exactly I wanted and did my cut almost at the time of closing. I recommend it.. go there and give it a try.. it is not what it is rated or the staff is all changed so services have improved and mine was fantastic.

Terrible experience. I came in for balayage, showed pictures of what I wanted and was told by one of the male hairdressers that he’d be able to do this for me.I ended up with a full head of foils.Not only did I come out devastated as this isn’t what I wanted at all (foils and the blonde was almost green tinged) . But he was extremely rough washing my hair to the point my eyes were watering.He chopped at my hair (he called it “framing”) and left it all block like in the front.I called up about half an hour later to complain about the fact that my hair isn’t at all what I wanted. To which the man said “it’s better than what you wanted” and the he wouldn’t give me a refund or even some of my money back but he’d try to fix it. He couldn’t even explain to me how he was going to fix it.This man claims to have 35 years experience as a hair dresser….I am not usually one to complain. But when you charge a student $270 for something that they didn’t ask for. And butchered what you left me with. I find it unexceptionable.I have since going elsewhere and they were shocked at how my hair was. And were successfully able to fix what you clearly weren’t able to do.

I had been growing my hair for 4 years ! It was finally past my shoulders and I came in for a tidy up of my end. I explicitly said take a cm off! They then proceeded to butcher my hair ! At least 10-15 cm was cut off and it’s straight across. It looks like terrible ! I am beyond fuming. Against my gut feeling I decided to go here while I was at Westfield. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Just had a quick cut and bang trim with Rachel and had a lovely experience. Friendly and quick, I was In and out in $20 minutes and I feel very refreshed.

Unhappy with the entire experience. The guy with beard doesn’t know how to do haircuts. He cudnt do the haircut at all. Didn’t even take efforts to dry my hair.Male hairdresser was also frustrated and impatient to complete his job.Just say no if you are not an expert !!!Used to visit here for my hair colour, never going here again!!

Walked in and got my hair blow waved. Firstly the water was cold when I was getting my hair washed, secondly the guy washing my hair only did 1 shampoo and then I was palmed off to a lady who didn’t introduce herself, she was taking big chunks of hair to blow wave which resulted my hair getting stuck a lot in the brush and becoming knotty and it hurting so bad. The end result my hair still felt dirty due to the one shampoo and my front part wasn’t sitting right as she didn’t ask where I wanted my hair parted until she had finished drying. Really terrible experience and what a waste of $50 as I had to go home and re wash my hair anyways.

I have been coming to this salon for just over two years. I have received nothing but excellent customer service and i have never left the salon unsatisfied with their work. Im always welcomed and they are dog friendly as i have a service dog, which they have always respected me. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Absolutely fantastic and always a pleasure everytime i come back

I went there for cut and highlights and I got exactly what I wanted. Very happy about service. My hair looks amazing and the price was really good. I will visit again, definitely.
