My friends and I all had burgers and deserts from here which we all enjoyed. We all thought they provided great customer service how ever the restaurant was not that busy and our Burger's didn't take that long to come to the table but the deserts did. I can't wait to come back and try something else next time I'm in town. I recommend this restaurant

Having visited 5 Boroughs a number of times, I was aware of its average service levels (it's very slow). It is handy though and a nice casual place to catch up with friends. But on Friday 23 June the service was almost non-existent. And when we finally did manage to place an order, it was drawn out and fractious. Since when do staff need to make life difficult for customers to organise & pay for an order. Needless to say we've found a new venue.

Had a great meal here, and the staff were brilliant. But when the owner's daughter also dined in, she ruined the whole experience for the 20+ people there. Loud, drunk, and very rude. Constantly yelling where's my food!" At one stage

Not sure how to review this place other than on service as I did not get a chance to eat any food. Long and short of it was that the rest of our party had ordered as we came a little later I ordered the steak and chicken dish and my partner ordered a burger without pickles . The young lady wrote the order down and left. 45 minutes later I asked a waiter to check on the order only to be told there wa no order. Just exactly those that happed in a place where it’s sole business is to take orders and supply food. There was an attempt to make good on the steak, which I did not eat as if was far too late by then. On top of that no hamburger for my partner.Lousy experience, no need to go back

Had a few drinks with friends here, atmosphere was great, service was superb.There was this one server in particular, this cute sweet young lady (I think her name was Liv or something) was very helpful and attentive. Definitely made the experience better!Would definitely recommend for good vibes to have a drink

Hayley was the absolute highlight of our experience here, she was absolutely lovely and and gave authentic, fun and informative service. We only had time for a quick milkshake but it was best value for money.

It's a shame I have to give 1 star... the Mex El Polo schnitzel and chips were quite good.Unfortunately, I paid $9 for the 'large' herb slaw on the side.What I ended up with was not even a cup's worth... so I rang to ask if my order was fulfilled correctly and got told they would ring me back.They never did...So between the price and the customer service, I feel very dissatisfied.

A really nice thing to be able to eat a late lunch sometimes and starting at 2pm was great. Was told the fish tacos were decent and I had the kings and queens burger which was great and paired well with the young henry's stout I had. Great onion rings too. We will be back for another late lunch!
