Arranged drop off and pick up for a wedding in Yallingup Siding from Dunsborough. Price was competitive, communication was excellent and most importantly, both legs were right on time. Will use them again next trip.

Waited nearly 40 minutes for a taxi only to be stung $33 to get from Busselton town centre to Vasse. Highway robbery. Won’t be recommending this service to anybody what a joke.

If I could put zero stars I would. We waited over one hour for a taxi to arrive, the taxi did not arrive at all.I called after waiting for 36minutes and the dispatcher was the most rude, dismissive and mean person I have ever spoken to in customer service.She stated that the driver would be there when they are there and then hung up on me.I called back to query that we had in fact waited for 36 minutes and we were just wanting an ETA the dispatcher interrupted me stating 'I said they will be there when they get there and hung up again.The 'customer service' if you can call it that was disgusting. I genuinely hope another company comes down here, if they provide even half way decent customer service your business will cease to exist.

Rude reception on the phone when called waited 30 mins, despite receiving a text message stating taxi was arriving, no taxi called and was then informed that no ETA was possible.... ordered an uber arrived within 2 minutes, clean and reliable not misleading. Wonder why the taxi industry is now redundant. Bring on more users or perhaps customer service that can provide accurate and not misleading information. Taxis need to do better

The only thing I could say positive about this service is that the taxi was easy enough to order. I ordered a taxi 2 hours before I needed it as I was going to a wedding and didn't want the taxi to be running late. Low and behold, they never showed. I called 3 times but after the first time they wouldn't answer my call again and they told me they were searching for a driver" 20 minutes after it was due to arrive. I highly recommend you find a different option."

We used several southwest taxi vehicles to transport some wedding guests to and from the venue. They were fantastic!! The drivers were great, all vehicles were prompt. Thanks so much to Craig and the team.

We booked a taxi from an address and told them it was at a resort and then we called to make sure that the taxi was coming and the price and then they told us that our taxi was cancelled, we did not call or say anything about cancelling then I called them to ask about it I told them what happened and how we were confused and was seeing what they can do for us after them cancelling then the lady told me I didn’t even “form a sentence” once they put me off hold they said 3 people have called and canceled from the address and saying it was our fault and before I even had a chance to talk to them they hung up on us the lady was extremely rude wouldn’t let me talk and my friends had their mums call and they did the exact same thing so I went over to the receptionist of the resort and they were even ruder to her. They didn’t ask for a reference number every time we called until the receptionist told them and asked if they ever asked anyone for their names and reference number when they canceled and they said we don’t need to do that which I think is stupid so I would not recommend this at all they need to learn customer service and better communication and get better staff and have this girl either fired or to change her attitude and not be a c**t
