Staff were friendly but didn't seem to know how to make coffee, probably need more training. I ordered am iced long black and they added hot water to it??

Always loved the muffins from here however customer service is appalling. Never seen a smile on anyones faces here (might be the managers influence) and feel ignored when giving my order as well as the milk always being burnt.

Website says it closed at 530. I went at 415 and they were getting ready to close. I had to wait for the stuff to finish talking to get service. She asked if i wanted it warmed and I said yes. She gave it to me cold. When I went back and asked for it warmed she said they didn’t normally do that..? Another customer came up a few mins later, they asked for a muffin that was on display and they said they were closed.

I went the other day with my mum. First time really I had a girl rush me. I tried to use my rewards on my phone But she didn’t know how to use it. I asked for a plate for the muffin. But oh no to late in the day for a plate. I noticed the other girl serving couldn’t put a smile on her face if she tried.

Been going to this place since I was a child. Never had a bad experience, staff are always very friendly and kind. Muffins taste great as well as their hot drink. Highly recommend.

Service was friendly, but inattentive. The coffee was good. Muffin was eaten due to hunger, wasn’t great.

My tomato and fetta tartlet was delicious and the salad that came with it was nice and fresh with more fetta and beans. The meal was $12 including a coffee so was very good value too.
