Joe is an exceptional individual who possesses a wealth of knowledge about painting and related topics. As a relatively new business owner, I had the pleasure of encountering Joe at the painting shop, where he consistently provided me with invaluable assistance and guidance throughout the process.During my recent visit, Joe went above and beyond to offer his expertise on varnishing a door and repairing damages. His extensive knowledge of products and techniques allowed him to provide precise instructions on how to achieve optimal results. What sets Joe apart is not only his expertise, but also his genuine warmth and patience. He consistently greets customers with a friendly smile and patiently addresses their inquiries, ensuring they receive the guidance they need.I am truly grateful for Joe's presence and support. He has become the primary reason why I choose to do my shopping at Bunnings on Saturdays, Fridays, and Tuesdays, specifically when I know he is working. His dedication and exceptional customer service have made a significant impact on my business, and I cannot thank him enough.

If you find a product advertised cheaper anywhere else, they will beat it by 10%! Staff are always willing to lend a hand and help you find what your after. Can't recommend the Power pass app more highly.

Me and my friend needed to buy a quick birthday gift for our friend and Bunnings was open so we decided to buy a plant we got to the store with two minutes till closing and chose our plant we were expecting to be met with frowns and looks of disapproval however once we got to the counter we were met with congratulations and smiles as they were happy for us for choosing a good gift for our mate the staff were super friendly even though we were there after closing hours, the staff were friendly enough to get us a a nice choice of two bags for us to choose from I give this Bunnings a thumbs up and a five star thank you Bunnings Melville

Isles' full of items, blocking access, stacks of unpacked items, etc, making it impossible to get a trolley though. This particularly applied to the tool section.

All what you need find here, I like it. Staff helpful. At saturday a hot dog tent store outside.

OMG how frustrating an experience. I went in to buy two sack trolly wheels , nobody was willing to help a far cry from the friendly advertisement !!!! They couldn’t have cared less, one less helpful than the other

I find some houses planted lots of Jade plants, Pats pink and Starburst. They are colourful native plants, easy to take care and can survive by themselves. When I looked at them, they seemed to whisper: 'No worry mate!' Haha

Well its a Bunnings store...BUT REALLYSELF Serve..NOT A FAN.. TOO LONG TO GET OUT..ONLY ONE CASHIER WorkingTrying to do Returns & serve paying customers....not good enough...The staffOn returns were under pressure..just because it was 4.30 on a Saturday the store was in semi close up mode..Customers have made you..please don'tForget that..Self service is not the way forYour stores..ITS An OPEN invitation FOR TOO much theft..TOO awkward with all of the types of goods big & buky ..trollys in the small exit pathway. It created a line into the walking area which made it unsafe.

Love this place but try tell people to put cardboard down first - coz I didn’t realise that you were supposed to and I asked the girl at the front about having dogs in trolleys too. Please just a heads up someone next time would value that I’m sure. Hopefully that makes more dogs have a happier Bunnings shop & not be as cumfuzzled as my little gremlin friend was here - and it took lots of treats to get out of the dog house too. Not made of treat cash xx

I would like to give a big thanks to Michael from bunnings in Melville (blonde hair with a pony). He was so incredibly helpful and patient going through things with my dad and I for a whipper snipper and blower. He really did go up and beyond and was just so pleasant to deal with.
