Sadly the first experience we had here was to have our family dog put to sleep due to a terminal illness. It was unexpected, therefore a complete Shock for us. I was so grateful that only by chance, we found ourselves with an appointment for this vet.She was absolutely amazing. A very humble, professional, extremely compassionate, with just the right combination of the above, to deliver a very comforting and nurturing experience in a very difficult and emotionally disableling time.Thank you for your awesome support from both myself and my sons. We recieved a sympathy card for the loss of Chella yesterday.....such a lovely gesture also ❤

Friendly staff with warm welcome , the consultant vet knew what she was doing and what treatments was needed , She explained the problem and treatments at a level even I could understand .A week after our visit my fur baby ( dog ) is back to her normal happy self

Both doctors are very caring and dedicated to saving our wildlife. We have 4 young joey's that the boys are absolutely wonderful with and they are so gentle.

Young vet, think it was Laura seen my dog. Did blood tests and she thought he had kennel cough. Took him to a different vet and it was aggressive cancer complete misdiagnosis. My dog has now passed away. Very disappointed in this vet despite its reviews he was out on carpofren and ultimately had a stroke.

Discriminatory against not wearing a mask with a medical certificate.Had to wait outside.This is in violation of Australia's human rights and at the moment masks are required (not mandated or law) in certain settings.Apart from that the care for my dog was great with the utmost care given to her from all staff involved.

Was so caring & helpful when my 18 year old cat became I'll, & able to ensure she was relatively pain free until her passing.We have now adopted a kitten from them , & will happily continue to have any/all of his treatments there.

Friendly staff. Highly recommend if you love your pet like we do. After having to attend early in the morning after a night in which we thought we would lose her. The vet that saw her was so lovely. Price was good to, not that that was an issue at the time. Thank you Falcon Vet.

Dr Ewan and the nurses patched my Roxy girl up so good. She tore her cruciate and we feared she would never be the same. 3 months later it's like it never happened. Worth every penny. Super appreciate the amazing team at Falcon Vets.

Thay are very good with Zoey and when above and beyond to help me cat when they new there was nothing thay could do for her anymore. Straff are very lovely and vet allways had a great experience there thank you .
