Consistent Rude staff . You are running a chemist where sick people need to go , stop treating people with disdain & little empathy.

Friendly staff but chemist seems to be applying a Summer Hill premium on scripts. i just paid over 60% more per script ( for 2 different meds) than I have paid anywhere else in either Leichhardt, Ashfield or Marrickville. That will teach me going there for convenience. Never again.

amazing staff, so helpful and very professional - the Pharmacist was so skilled my children didn’t even realise they had received their vaccination.

Went in with my girlfriend to pick up her medication - the pharmacist had a staff member lie about the wholesaler being out of stock (obviously thinking we were stupid enough to believe that even though they didn't even bother contacting the wholesaler) apparently, without any basis, thinking my girlfriend was doctor shopping - even though she had a script from a specialist (not a GP). The pharmacist didn't even have the backbone to lie to us herself. The pharmacist should stop pretending it's her job, or that she is clever enough, to police those sort of things and actually give people the medication which they need, which is what her qualifications are limited to. What a disgrace.

my mum and i came in for our covid vaccines and the pharmacist was professional and calmed my nerves, especially given my fear of needles. i did not even feel it ! additionally, they were so efficient with filling my scripts and the pricing is very reasonable and affordable !this is not my local pharmacy but the extra drive was worth it - i will continue to drive further to use this pharmacy.

My husband and I had our Covid booster shots and most recently flu shots here. Despite online processing changes out of their control, the owners and staff remained friendly, efficient and unflustered. We are extremely grateful this service is available locally, and recommend it.

Charging pensioners $20 for a flu shot is disgraceful, especially when they are regular customers. This was not mentioned when I called to book my parents in. My pharmacy charges nothing. The time taken to do a flu shot and enter the details into the Medicare system is minimal. Go elsewhere.

amazing skincare products including la roche posay and avene ! the staff were so helpful with assisting me with acne products (especially the effaclar range from la roche) and my skin has since cleared. they were so helpful and taught me what each skincare ingredient does to the skin.

I had a work place accident working nearby, and I came in with my hand which didn't stop bleeding because I accidentally drilled myself. The staff here patched me up, even though I offered to pay for the antiseptic and bandages they refused payment and took care of me for free. Feeling blessed to know that not all businesses are out to just make money.
