Incredibly poor conduct from rod and his staff Alison white).I'd strongly recommend against this service in light of the following:- poor communication- lack of transparency- In appropriate conduct (slagging off the previous agent who managed the property and it taking responsibility)- dishonest and unethical- inefficient and incompetent

I don't really take an effort to review any services I get unless it's a 10 or a zero.as there is no zero I am forced to give them a 1.For the record we rented our fair share of properties in Australia .I came to this beautiful country town almost 3 months ago and me and my family love everything here.But unfortunately the real estate agents (they advertise themselves as Locals"but from our experience it's nothing near it) we found were not good at all. They even mis lead you if you make some claims.these claims were mainly on the grounds of "heating and cooling " which took more than 3 weeks inspite of the hot weather .The lady who responted told us it's not a "essential " thing to be done as it's a "property with multiple units.but were not sure about the information and contacted the nsw fair trade.nsw fair trade guy told that it's not true and we had to tell them again of the same .It's not a isolated incident .We have our fly screen un repired

Tyler never responded to my queries as a serious buyer to a property. Not very respectful to the client he represents nor myself.

Really don't know, I tried for a unit and didn't get it, why ? ( Ask them )

Arcana Beneke must be real bad at her job.We right many reports of things in the house that do not work and wait years with each inspection we tell her again all the things still have not been fixed and she still does nothing.She makes plans for house inspections and screws up dates and times.I don't have anything bad to say about FNR except the secretary smiles in your face and says with a look of 'we don't care' I will get Arcana to call you and then you never get a call.Arcana will screw up you're month of dates and times and doesn't care that you have a life to live.

We had a great experience purchasing our first home through Ford & Dougherty. Friendly and professional staff.

Be very careful with this real-estate. I rented a house through them that ended up having serious mould problems that they ignored. It cost me thousands to replace furniture
