Yarra River Walking Track

A picturesque spot for a picnic and a great place to relax and be one with nature. The sound of the river flowing is so relaxing and a nice spot for kids to skim stones into the river. The river walk is a great way to walk off a heavy meal or enjoy the nature and fauna.

Beautiful walking track. Plenty of areas to have a sit or picnic. Pop in for a quick dip and just sit back and watch the ducks do there thing. An absolutely beautiful location and I could spend hours here

A beautiful trail that wanders along the Yarra River. The section in Warburton can get quite crowded on a nice day. There are lots of spots to enjoy a picnic or a swim in the Yarra.It is a lovely place to appreciate our beautiful river.

The views are great. It's also great to tell people off for being in the way. I'm trying to walk, but I can't when fat people are obstructing the path. I've also seen a man eating a meat pie while walking along, so that was amazing. However, he didn't like me calling his wife an elephant, so be careful around that. What a place Warburton is.

What a calming path of the yarra river, water gushing in the background, ducks happily floating about having a bath. Plenty of seating options, easy flat walk along the river bed, just wear shoes you're happy to get muddy. It also features a nice viewing platform into the river, giving you the full mother nature experience. Great day out.

Such a magnificent place to take photos and the sunshine helped. Mostly stayed around Warburton. With some great cafe's to soak up the atmosphere. The track was in good condition. Plenty of car parking close by.

The Yarra River Walking Track is a beautiful, peaceful trail that runs both sides of the river. There are lots of different and interesting bridges to use to cross between each side. If you are in Warburton, you should take a walk along the track. The river is very picturesque. It's an easy walk and great for families.

Looking for a peaceful time near nature? Visit Yarra River walking tracks in Warburton.The tracks are slightly of the road and therefore provide quiet and peace to the walkers. The sounds of flowing water of Yarra is soothing. There are ducks, lorikeets and cockatoos that add to the scenic beauty of this place. I think fishing is allowed here ASI saw few people doing that (but check and confirm before you throw that line).There are water fountains at several places making it easier to stay hydrated on a warm or humid day.The tracks might be a bit rough for people using wheelchairs as they are not paved or flat.Car parking is plentiful in the surrounding areas.

A fantastic and very scenic walk along the beautiful Yarra River. There are many bridges going across the River and you can vary the length of your walk depending on which bridge you cross to get back on the other side.There are many picnic and barbecue spots along the way, plenty of wildlife like dugs and wild birds and very scenic pathways. Every time we come to Warburton we take this scenic walk.
