Come N Wash Car Wash & Detailing

Just got home and inspected my car. Very disappointed this time round. I have only done 4500kms, so car wasnt very dirty to begin with as it's still new. Paid $65 clean, inside and out. Feel like I should have cleaned it myself for this result.Update: As suggest by the owner I took my car back the next day, they were unable to fit me in (or I had to wait 2 hours) so booked in for the next day. Much better job, looks great, they even rewashed the outside which I didn't expect as I had no issues with outside detailing. Then I had a follow up call asking if I was happy and they were very apologetic. Fantastic customer service, very surprised. I was hesitant to bring my car back, but the follow up call makes me feel like they actually care about their customers, which isn't the case with all businesses these days. So I will bring my car back. Thanks again.

**update**I ended up booking in and having my car cleaned. They lost my garage remote and apparently couldn’t find it. It can’t be anywhere else as it was in the car when it was dropped off. They also threw out a few other items that weren’t rubbish. I then couldn’t get into my house as the entry is via the garage. The manager finally called me back and reviewed video footage with no luck.I have to get a replacement remote which is going to cost $150! Massive language barrier when trying to explain the issue which made the entire situation even more frustrating. No one seemed to care that it was lost.I had my car booked in for 2pm. I drove the 40mins it takes to get to the car wash only to find that they closed. No one bothered to call and let me know. Only 4 months ago they responded to someone who had the same issue and assured it would “never happen again”. It really isn’t that hard to have called. I wasted my entire day and 80mins worth of driving back and forth. The only reason I’ll re book is because I have a voucher that was a gift and has already be paid for. Extremely slack service.

They did a terrible job and tried to charge me extra, telling me my sedan was an SUV! Car was left chipped, scratched, and unclean in certain areas. Appalling !

For the $85 and the ‘best car wash in town’ sign you would think they’d at least get the coffee stains off

I got my Ford Fiesta cleaned (interior and exterior clean with mini detail) at $70 with these guys and they did a splendid job. Very happy with their work. There are many negative reviews which almost made me not go to them.Highly recommend this business.

Haven't taken my car there yet but heard many positive things. Plus all the car shines after they wash them

Lovely people. However, I have to say their service is not professional. I provided with my own car shampoo and told the owner clearly only use my supplied car shampoo. Didn't happen. Even worse, they use really old rag and those blue cleaning wipes you can get from woolies. That left all swirl marks all over my car! End up costs me $2,000 to do a full paint correction and new ceramic coating. Not recommend.
