What a fantastic place. This was such a amazing experience, the salt cave experience was so invigorating, so relaxing thoroughly enjoyed. I was amazed how this helped me with my sinusitis, came out with clear unblocked respiration. Would definitely recommend to try this out.

Poor experience. Went with my mum. My massage was good, however my mum had a very rough massage. She tried to tell the girl to be more gentle throughout and she didn’t change her pressure. We tried to feedback our disappointment to the reception staff when we left but she was very dismissive and rude and didn’t even apologise. Very poor experience for $400. Wouldn’t recommend.

My partner and I have been coming to Salt Caves for quite some time now. We come every month for a massage together and these guys never disappoint. The staff are lovely and give the best massage ever!! I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I came in for a hot stone massage this morning and despite my lovely massage therapist having had a rough start to the day, she was so professional and gave me arguably the best massage I have ever had. I Surprised my mum who flew up from Melbourne on the 15th of April, with a massage, facial and time in the salt cave. It was incredible. It helped me clear my mind and felt like I walked out of there wth the weight of the world finally off my shoulders. Helped my anxiety and depression which I never thought it could’ve. The whole experience from start to finish was relaxing, I left feeling so free and calm minded. My body felt like a feather and I even had the best night sleep that evening. I plan on going back and reusing the cave monthly as I enjoyed every second of my visit. The staff were also incredible, so friendly and professional. Helping to ensure we thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our visit. 1000/10 will recommend for years to come. Thankyou team!!

I visited Salt Caves with my parents while we were holidaying in the Sunshine Coast. Had an amazing full body massage followed by the salt cave experience. The salt cave was sooo relaxing and I ended up having a little nap in there I was that relaxed. I left feeling so completely relaxed and rejuvenated, will absolutely be back next time I'm on holidays here.I'm also a little bit of a sceptic about hippy" stuff like salt crystals but 100% it somehow works!"
