Horrible experience! I booked my mum and myself for manicure and pedicure. The technician that did my nails ground my nail beds with a hand motor so thin that I could not touch anything, the nail polish chipped off the next day and my nails have been peeling off three weeks after they were done. Went back to the shop and spoke to the manager, despite seeing my nails and my receipt, denied that it was at all their fault and did not accept any responsibility, instead she shrugged off her shoulders as she walked off with a rude expression on her face. Will never go there again.

Could not even give this place one star! The worst experience I have had getting my nails done. Had a shellac manicure. Have wrecked my nails. DO NOT GO THERE! They were so rough they tore my nails, the nail polish has started to come off within a week and my nails are still sore.

Awful experience. I got a manicure, lady clearly used old nail polish. I sat for the recommendations time to dry by the time I'd gone to boost to get a drink not using or touching them, it had all smudged off. When I went back to ask if they could at least take it off for me they all just laughed at me and said I should have done nothing for an hour. They totally humiliated me and were going to make me wait to even give me any nail polish remover. I gave up bought it at Coles. No offer of money back or to redo, just utter disrespect. I think people are being kind giving this business one star they deserve zero . NEVER GO HERE

My 12 year old daughter came here to get her nails done and a manicure as a birthday gift.I had no idea this would lead to rough hack job with two very badly bleeding cuticles and very painful nails.. very disappointing and staff just don’t care.

DO NOT GO HERE! The worst most painful pedicure experience of my life. Dirty unhygienic, aggressive pedicure. Changed price from original quoted price, poor quality- terrible. Will NEVER GO AGAIN. Disgusting service

Horrible service! The woman there does not know how to do SNS! she made it so thick and rushing to finish the job. Do not go there , waist of my time and my money.

Do not waste your time or money l had SNS with a new girl who clearly did not know how to do the job. If it is a trainee surely it makes sense to give her training and start her on simple manicures and shellac not SNS! It took 1hr 40 mins and they charged me $55 - outrageous! Owner could not care less. If I delivered services like that in my business we would not exist. The girl was lovely and I felt for her so did not want to make a fuss but the owner should not be ok with charging full price!

my nails are still recovering from the damage being done. I have not had such a bad experience ever! It's not cheap either. The lady was talking in Vietnamese and the whole time with other girls in the shop. She also cut me and I was bleeding. The nails look bulky and horrible. I didn't know sns could be this hard to do. I had to take them off after 1 week.

Sadly I had the same experience that others have described with the nail tech who took a really long time to do SNS and really hurt my nails by grinding them right down. Within three days, half of the nails had chipped off and my poor nails underneath (which I have been trying to grow) had broken. But, I returned to the salon on Sunday and the wonderful ladies who were working this day completely re did my SNS set from scratch and I’m very happy with the results.
