I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE OF A MOVING COMPANY EVER!DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE STAR RATING.I cannot even express my experience of how DISGUSTING their service has been. I used the company on the 6th April, they were meant to arrive between 1pm-4pm on the day, they turned up at 6:30pm. They drank cans of drink in my driveway then proceeded to dump their entire cab of rubbish into my front hedge. All their food bags, drink containers, cans. It was absolutely disgusting. They moved soooooooo slowly and were charging every 30mins. I employed them so I wouldn't have to move furniture but I was there having to move stuff as they moved at a glacial pace.They didn't leave my house until midnight, then they overcharged me by 2.5 hours!When I rang to express my dissatisfaction with the service I got directed to this complaints service" which was the weakest most infuriating service ever. It's now nearly 2 months later and the back and forth is still going on.WORST EXPERIENCE OF A MOVING COMPANY EVER!I thought it would be good given the star rating...but read the previous reviews

Excellent company and value! We had 4 men come, they were extremely kind, courteous and careful with our items. I cannot believe how fast and efficient they were. Highly recommend to everyone !

This moving company exceeded my expectations in every way. The crew was punctual, organized, and worked tirelessly to ensure a successful move. They took great care of my belongings and provided excellent customer service throughout. I'm extremely impressed and satisfied.

The support that I had from We Move Sydney the previous week has made me feel really grateful and fortunate. The boys are simply wonderful! They handled my furniture with extreme professionalism, wrapping and organizing everything with great care. In spite of the fact that I made my reservation at the very last minute, which is not an easy task for a large property, the staff really did demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism and strength! I have no hesitation in entrusting these young men with the responsibility of moving. They are honest people that can be relied on! They come really highly recommended from yours truly!

I had booked our removal for 8am as we wanted our kids to be at daycare during the move. The morning of the removal I received a text advising there was an issue with the truck and could expect a truck between 1 - 4pm. I responded advising I had small children and needed the move to happen as early as possible. I called at 12pm to find out if they were able to advise when the truck would come and was told 1:30pm. At 2pm I called and was told 3:30pm. At 4pm I called and was advised 5:30pm. The truck finally arrived at 6:30pm. The movers were disgruntled and showed this towards us when they arrived. They finally completed the move at 11pm at night and my baby and toddler only got to bed after midnight. I called to complain and was offered a slight discount but have sent many emails after the fact as I have not received the refund or heard anything back on my emails. This was the worst moving experience in my life!

I greatly appreciate it. The next time I move, I'll most definitely use this firm again. The movers were really skilled, efficient, kind, and eager to complete the task successfully. For me, they placed everything back where it belonged at my previous residence. I'm very glad I went with this service! Thank you...
