i would not even give them one star. I brought fitting for 2 bathrooms and the two toilet suit were incomplete. one had no toilet seat and no fitting for the toilet pan. plus the flush tank was missing the lid as well. other had some flitting missing and toilet seat had its fitting also missing. one of the toilet pan was repaired and even after combining both the suits i couldn't make one full working one. had to buy flude master and come washer from Bunning to make one working one. when I went to the shop Paul refused any responsibility and said it has never happened with them. after wasting almost 1 hour at the shop i went home empty handed. then when we opened the bathroom basin it had no hole for tap. thank fully they changed that one after claiming it has never happened with them. These people are cheaters with zero customer service.

Was told to come to these guys from my builder to get a shower grate. Spoke to a nice guy on the phone and came to pick it up in the morning. Was told on the phone it would be $60/m but after when it came down to paying the owner who was an older man told me it was $90/m after he's already cut the grates forcing me to purchase it at the higher rate.
