The store itself is OK. Not great, not bad. However, people working here are absolute legends.I visited it today and my kid threw a pretty bad tantrum over a toy that she wanted me to buy (pretty classic, isn't it). It lasted good 10 minutes.Firstly, the lady on duty at the self service counters came over to check if everything was alright. I've explained the situation and she walked away. But then returned with her colleague and they tried to distract the little one and help me. Both were really sweet and nice.Their attempt was unsuccessful tho, then the guy offered to bring a chocolate and asked if m&m's was okay. I've answered yes" and they brought one. Turned out it was on the house.The kid was distracted and calmed down. I was finally able to scan everything and finish shopping.Things like this and attitude like this really warm your heart and give you a sense of community. Thanks guys

Lots of parking. As expected, plenty of fresh food and shelves were stocked. Clean store. Staff were friendly.It’s not as big and bright as the Coles in the area but for a Woolies, it’s not a bad one.A lot of bad reviews. Seems like they have listened and improved. I’ll be back again. Cheers.

Serves it’s purpose. Best staff are the older members. Younger staff don’t have any layout knowledge and are generally disinterested in the customer experience.

I gave a 1 star review a year ago and still will. If you are in the mood for a terrible online experience, then this is the place for you.They also have supervisors and managers who can't help with any issues/mistakes created by the team. In conclusion, if you want a horrible experience that can break a marriage, do visit this branch. They will never let you down

The best part about Woolworths is the free fruit for kids. I'm not sure if adults are allowed but i always pick one of the free bananas up and eat it. The only trouble is, there's no rubbish bins to be seen anywhere. So you might have to pocket the skin so you don't look like a thief.If a woolies member sees this review, Can you confirm if adults can also take from the free fruits for kids" basket?"

Had free olives for 6 months coz the price was wrong! Epic night staff usually but they probably need a security guard at night there, few dodgy looking customers

Used to be good, but often out of stock for weeks for some items on the shelves.Used to be able to goto the butchers counter to get it if not on the shelves, but they closed the butchers counter too.
