A long wait but they bulk bill

My daughter had the unfortunate experience of a very painful toothache this morning. I drove her to the clinic as she was incapable of driving herself with as much pain as she was experiencing. Without an appointment, she presented as an emergency patient and Sharon, at the front desk, assured her that she would be seen asap. As per normal, it did take a bit of a wait so that my daughter could be fitted in between the appointed clients but it was the extra yard or two that Sharon went in order to help my daughter. With payment for prior visits still not caught up my daughter, although in a great deal of pain, felt quite awkward in presenting herself for more treatment. However, Sharon was extremely reassuring and explained that my daughter had done the right thing coming in no, matter what. The extra financial assistance that Sharon offered was a wonderful assistance also and has helped a single mother of two in a great time of need. Thank you Sharon.

Absolutely not impressed had a cancellation as I was driving to clinic 10min before my appointment....had been waiting 1mth for this .When they rang me back for my next appointment it was going to be another month...I'm waiting on dentures have paid full amount .I'm not able to eat without chocking on food ..Not impressed going around toothless
