Dr Claire saw my dog and when I requested her assessment be sent to my vet she obviously didn't think I would read her comments. I requested her notes from my vet and found that in addition to the information about my pet she commented on my demenour saying I was upset". This was not the case and extremely unprofessional in my view. I think this vet needs to stick to commenting about the pets as she is trained to do and not make assessments of human behaviour without appropriate qualifications. She was also nearly an hour late to my morning appointment. I definately do not reccomended this service."

Dr Claire was very calm and sympathetic whilst doing a phone triage with me about my geriatric cat who hadn't been eating or moving. Her advice made a huge difference and settled my mind.

I had trouble booking a visit for my 17 year old dog with her normal vet, I turned to Dr Claire's Mobile Vet service. Dr Claire came promptly to my house and I found her to be professional, knowledgeable and very patient. She took the time to get to know Pippa and examined her thoroughly before deciding on a course of action. What I really liked was that she carefully explained the options and always asked if I understood what she was saying. She sent her notes to me as well as Pippa's normal vet so I was kept fully informed. I understand she is very busy with a considerable workload but I always found her to be courteous and fully focussed on Pippa's treatment plan. Highly recommended.

Dr Claire is so patient and kind. She has been treating my very anxious cat for some overgrooming, every step of the way she explains the costs, all details of what could and will happen and the important things I need to know. Amazing results and she has kept in touch checking up on my cat through text the whole way. There is no one I would rather have see my catchildren, could not recommend her highly enough. Her charges are extremely reasonable and the piece of mind I have now knowing Dr Claire is treating my cats is pricessless.

Dr Claire is one of my dog, Mac's, favourite people, which is a bit like a human saying they love going to the dentist. Dr Claire has cared for Mac through multiple conjunctivitis episodes, upset stomachs and a very scary and serious issue that began with him peeing blood. Dr Claire always takes time to make my very large and anxious dog feel safe and cared for and he responds to her really well. Looking after him at home means he is in a safe environment which significantly reduces his anxiety. Dr Claire has always gone the extra mile for Mac, I know she has his very best interests at heart and I trust her completely with his care. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Dr Claire is a very rare and valuable vet. She charges fairly, is thorough and I am pretty sure my dog nearly likes her as much as me (and that's not just because she comes with treats). Dr Claire came to my home when my dog had contracted Canine cough from the groomer, assessed and diagnosed him accurately and then gave me clear advice on how to manage a very active young dogs' in home quarantine. Additionally Dr Claire is always available if I text her with a little worry" and she provided excellent advice on how to support my dog when he was anxious about us moving house and going on long interstate drives. My dog is healthier and happier thanks to having Dr Claire involved in his life."

When we moved to Canberra I was anxious about finding a new vet as we had known our previous vet for a long time, however I feel so happy to have found Dr Claire. Our dog Maisie can be very nervous around other dogs, and it was so lovely to have Dr Claire come to our home where Maisie was comfortable. Dr Claire spent lots of time getting to know and gaining the trust of Maisie, as well as taking a very thorough history of her. You can tell how much Dr Claire genuinely cares for her patients and I would recommend her services in a heartbeat.

We had Dr Claire come see my elderly dog who had blood coloured urine on a Sunday (this was when the emergency vets in Canberra were suffering staffing issues and could only see life threatening cases). Although our experience on the day was positive, we never received the urine pathology results and she didn't start my dog on any antibiotics despite a recent history of UTI. We never heard back from her and when we got in to see our normal vet it was found that my dog had a bad UTI and she was started on antibiotics. My vet tried to contact her mutliple times for the results and never heard back. We just felt that our time and money could have been better spent to help our dog.
