Just went in to spend 110$ on bikinis and the lady at the counter with reddish hair and ear piercings greeted me with just “how are you paying” and spent the whole transaction sighing with an unphased look. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or something but god

Absolutely amazing service. They were really quick to come see if we needed anything and went out of their way to go to the back room to get some things for me. The lady that did my skateboard was incredible. Thank you so much for my new skateboard it’s incredible.

The manager of the store was extremely rude, we had to wait 20 minutes to speak to her and she just argued with us over unclear advertising. Their management team clearly needs training in customer service. The way we were treated was terrible! Definitely not impressed. As someone who has worked in customer service - the customer is always right! I would never argue with a customer the way she did.

Love love LOVE this store. Staff are always friendly and keen to assist when needed. Can sometimes bee a tad on the pricey side but usually plenty of bargains to be found

They're awesome I don't know if I'm lucky but I've never had bad service with them I think my only thing is not many age appropriate dresses for 11 12 year olds and the same goes with just normal outfits
