I just had a meal at Snow Pony and it was a bit of a mixed experience. On the one hand, the beef salad was amazing - it had the perfect mix of flavors and textures, and I really enjoyed it. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service during my visit. While the customer service was generally good, I found that the waiters weren't particularly friendly. It felt like they were just going through the motions, which definitely put a bit of a damper on my dining experience.I think that good customer service is really important in a restaurant, and unfortunately, it felt like Snow Pony fell short in this regard today. While I enjoyed the food, the unfriendly behavior of the waiters definitely detracted from my overall experience. I hope that the restaurant can take this feedback on board and work to improve the friendliness and attentiveness of their staff in the future.

Excellent service, great coffee. I love this place, always fast and some nice food options as well. Parking can be a hassle but the tram is right ot the front. There is some outdoor seating as well.

On the outside, it is quite unassuming. On the inside, it’s an adorable cafe you wouldn’t expect to sit along the busy Whitehorse road.We had a great experience. Tasty food and nice environment. The coffee was nothing to write home about, but in the suburbs you can’t complain too much.I thought their menu had a nice array of attractive options. What we chose didn’t disappoint. I would go back and try something else. I can definitely recommend this place for a nice, fairly priced brunch in a relaxed setting.

Broad menu. Service was good too. Lovely place for a catch up. We had the toasted foccacias and they were delicious. The coffee and tea was terrific too. Really good place. We would happily return anytime.

Staff were super friendly, even let me leave my bike inside the cafe whilst I had breakfast. Food and coffee were incredible 100% recommended this joint.

Came here for brunch on the weekend. It wasn't a busy day, which worked well because we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in the back sunroom seating area. Service was great, friendly and the food and coffee were tasty. I will definitely return and would recommend if others are in the area.

Very nice food and coffee. Good parking. Great service. Nice location. Front room is cosy. Back room good for a larger table of people. Passage way is good for groups of 2-4 people and its nice and bright. Deck is also good when the weather is fine. Staff are very good. You can split the bill, no problem.

Delightfully relaxing cafe with great coffee. Excellent selection of breakfast and lunch meals. Very welcoming and attentive staff. Definitely recommend the smoky beef Ruben sandwich.

Was around the neighbourhood for a job and saw this cute cafe here, pop in for a quick brekky which doesn't disappoint me at all, they are super sweet and nice, service was so quick, have the Scramble egg in English muffin, egg were perfectly cooked and folded perfectly. Who doesn't love a that? Coffee tastes good too.
