Really helpful staff rang these guys chasing a LEGO advent calendar the day after Black Friday sales. Staff member was happy to put the last one behind the counter no questions asked so I could grab it later in the day. They are always really helpful and staff actually talk to the customers which is on the rarer side of things these days.

Great selection of toys as always but don't hold your breath for service of any sort. Shelves are stacked full, cluttered, and sometimes hard to distinguish prices.

Well it's toy world the biggest issue many items don't have prices and some items need to removed as they are damaged. Would take a little time to clear out the older items and update with new ones ..the staff are helpful but one item I thought was $4.99 ended up being 7.99 . But there are not many toy shops around these days but just a little effort from the staff to keep things organised would be great ..

Staff were extremely helpful. Sought game in Coomera however when they checked I was advised game available in Burleigh. Rang Burleigh and advised in stock and would hold under counter. Picked up game later same day. All very cheerful and helpful. Thank you
