As the Building Manager that managed the quoting process, meet and greet and then the execution of the Power Board replacement and upgrade plus entertwining the works with two existing solar inverters; H&G were nothing but professional and competent on the job. There was a problem that involved the exposure of a live neutral hosting 230 volts. This obviously couldn't be reconnected as is and required investigating. The history of this solar power connection to the previous Power board had recently experienced a major fault resulting in a very cautious reconnection. Both Kent and Nathan were not comfortable as electricians, to reconnect the solar until the fault had been diagnosed and rectified. The Body Corp were notified and as the Building Manager was instructed not to reconnect as the whole buildings safety was paramount. H&G Electrical's workmanship and competence is Highly recommended by the Scalinada Apartment building.

Replaced our switchboard upgrade and after seven weeks of problems still hadn’t contacted a resident that had a solar system even though it was thought it was a inverter issue only to find out that it was H&Gs failure .The resident contacted Nathan willing to pay for the original installers to help as H&G are not a solar accredited company and they took 4 weeks before they would finally look at the problem.
