I had an non-standard requirement (double pelmets for existing blinds from a different supplier) and Alan was 100% there for me right from the initial inquiry to samples to the final orders.Wow - so refreshing to get this level of attention and support.The pelmets are exactly what I needed, perfect! and the support and help with ideas and solutions was very reassuring.I can completely recommend Blinds Down under without hesitation.

Great service. Alan was very helpful in making sure I go the measurements right so the blinds would fix inside the framing. They look beautiful. We will be ordering again as our renos progress.

We moved into a new house with roller blinds that were stained and looking very sad.Instead of trying to just upsell us, Alan offered an option to keep the hardware but replace the old material with new which was significantly more cost effective!The whole process from initial quoting to picking up the blinds, changing them and returning took only 1 month.We are very happy with how efficient the whole process was, thanks Alan!

Sleek product & excellent service provided by Blinds Downunder. We purchased sunscreen and blockout blinds and installed throughout our house by Alan. Our lounge now has privacy from the street & our heating/cooling requirements have decreased 10-fold! Thank-you Alan

Initially I only purchased a lot of samples from their website to try and find the perfect colour/material blinds for my new home, but Alan took the initiative to reach out personally to make sure I had all the assistance I needed with choosing the best fabric. He was very friendly, professional, and always made sure to keep in touch for the entire process. He also ensured every blind was programmed perfectly to each window and I couldn't be happier with his work. Excellent options for fabrics and incredibly friendly service, and a local business to boot! Definitely worth going with Blinds Downunder for peace of mind.

Outstanding service experience. I had wanted to use an online blind service but lacked confidence in properly measuring and ensuring I was buying the right blinds for my space. Added to which I was away from my property at the time. Alan from Blinds Downunder solved all those problems. Great communication, competitive pricing, manufactured and installed within a week. Full suite of photos sent to me to verify quality of the job. I highly recommend.
