A was given a Swarovski necklace as a present from my brother. When the large crystal fell out of the claw I was advised by Swarovski at Greenhills to take it to a jeweller and pay to get it fixed. When I said no, I would like the manufacturer to fix their product, I was informed they don’t repair their own products. Can not believe they are allowed to produce a product and charge such an inflated cost with no responsibility to its shoddy manufacturing.

Hopeless customer service. They sell jewellery that falls apart and won't repair or warrant their poor workmanship. Buyer beware. They aren't what they used to be. Avoid.To quote the most accurate Quora ever:Swarovski is just fancy costume jewelry. No gold, silver or platinum is used and all the stones are glass. Their settings are often glued, hence the warning not to get it wet in case the stones drop out. Big buck marketing makes it desirable to the gullible masses but it is neither premium nor luxurious.
