Can't recommend enough!!Everyone should go see Yuki and Shino for their hair. Inexpensive, attentive service, very comfortable environment and seating. They serve you hot tea on arrival, go through what you'd like done and provide their professional opinion for color, cut and styling . They never suggest anything you don't need - for example if your hair does not need a cut in this visit they'll tell you no need and won't cut for you, or if if doesn't require treatment, you don't get one even though you as for it etc. Very genuine, and hard working ladies. I hope they don't get too busy because sometimes it's not easy to book but what I learnt is whenever i go would book my next visit already and put it in my calendar! No trouble ☺️.

Today was my first time at the salon and also the first time that my hair look so good!Its all thanks for the expert advices, care and warmth from Yukiko and the team.They only recommend what they believe you need, and suggest what would work best with your circumstances.I really can't praise them enough and already recommended the salon to family and friends.This will be the only place i'm going for my hair.Keep up the good work Luana team!

Cannot recommend enough for this place! Shinoko did such a great job on my short hair, she fully understands what I wanted and delivered with excellent execution. I went out for some photos the second day as I really like my hair.The service is so great, warm tea and biscuits and cushion on arrival, massage on the head when washing hair, and she didn’t recommend any expensive and unnecessary additional services (which I get a lot from previous hair salons).You have to book early which might be the only challenge. But I’ve booked my next appointment right after this haircut. Totally worth the wait and I’ll be staying with Shinoko from now on!

Absolutely love, love, love coming here. Their customer service is a 10/10 and my stylist in particular (Kay) is so friendly, and works together with you to achieve the best look. Always a happy customer when I walk out. Highly recommend to anyone living around the area.

Probably the best hairdresser I’ve been to so far. Extremely happy with the results, Kay was super helpful and knowledgeable and new the best way to treat my hair, will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone wanting great customer service and being 100% satisfied with what you payed for :)

When I accidentally turned up on the wrong day for my appointment, Yukiko and Vivi went above and beyond to fit me in. Great atmosphere and the service was super friendly and warm. Vivi was very knowledgeable and did an incredible job perming my fine hair to give it more volume, while maintaining shine and bounce. Looking forward to my next visit!

While they were able to “save” my hair, unfortunately they burnt my hair and then made me feel like it was my fault for why. While I don’t like leaving negative reviews (hence the 5 stars), if I’m paying $600 to have my hair burnt and being stressed out in a chair being made to feel like I’m at fault, a review like this is justified. Let this be a warning to those who face something similar.

Shinoko and Yukiko both are very professional and super friendly.Love getting my hair and colours done with the girls. Always hit the mark
