I recently attended Lisa’s Tremoring course and I am surprised at the benefits it’s had on my life in just a short time. Not only have I felt more relaxed and happy in general but I’ve reconnected with my partner who I’ve felt disconnected from for many months. I’m able to allow more vulnerable emotions rather than just anger and resentment.I have tried many other relaxation or embodiment practices and nothing has had as much of an effect and nothing makes sense as much as Tremoring.I can definitely recommend this course and/or working with Lisa.

Lisa teaches the most amazing yoga classes I've ever attended. She masterfully guides you through the yoga positions helping each person reach their level in the stretch.
