I recently had my computer hacked which compromised all my data including my bank accounts. Had an Authenticator that refused to work and shut my the work Microsoft account down. After a fierce 1.5 hour battle Rick succeeded in getting me back in and account recovered. Happy Days.

Rick from The Help Desk in Woodford was terrific!My computer was having issues on start up, which Rick fixed and then also installed Microsoft office on there as-well.Rick was very polite and had great communication skills to help me understand how my computer operates, as before I wasn’t very educated on computers.highly recommended!

Rick came out and not only organised my computer but in the 2 hours he was here taught me more than anyone else in over 25 years. I couldn't get the smile off my face all night. Rick rang me at home, at 1930hrs to remotely assist me in finding some important information I'd somehow managed to hide! He spent an hour hunting down my error and was on the point of abandoning the search when we had a breakthrough and my work returned, in full and intact. What a legend this man is! Thank you Rick for all the help you have given me over the last 5 or so years - usually it is urgent when something goes wrong! This has been both 'in house' & remotely! From sorting & cleaning up computer (& servicing it) following scam alerts, to loss of passwords & recently installing a new security system.
