Set-up my tank with their help over 2 years ago. BEST staff, very dedicated to their job, BEST customer service and BEST fish. Always there to help and advise when there are issues. I love this store.

Went in hoping to purchase a cage and bird accessories, lost a huge sale purely on how rude the worker was. No welcome when entering the store and not interested in sharing any information when I asked questions. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disregarded. Not worth a trip.

Never really gave it a chance as its opening hours are quite limited, but visited recently and are amazed with the quality of both products, fish and knowledge. After speaking with the owner today to find alot of live stock is not kept at the front of shop, which was a huge plus to hear! Would be even better with more plant or hardscape. Healthiest fish we’ve ever bought, he even asked to make sure what other fish were in our tank for compatibility… much prefer keepers to say no for good reason than to say yes and end in tragedy!

Absolutely outstanding knowledge and support from the staff, as a newcomer to owning a fish tank I went in knowing nothing and came out feeling like a marine biologist.The staff go above and beyond ensuring you have the best information and support when venturing into the world of owning fish. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywere else, A+++
