i just came to talk about a place i found, the door was locked & it was only 4pm. use close at 5 i asked around & some locals said use always finish early they also said your cars were there but still no one answered.

Absolutely Un helpful and useless staff, don’t give you a chance to fix anything once they do a walk through they just charge you for cleaning even when you’ve had the house professionally done took nearly 5 months to hear anything about getting my bond back only to find find out I was being charged 600 dollars off it they only told me this when I called never received any notice whatsoever and am currently still waiting to receive what’s left of my bond due to them changing the original form I sent back to receive the bond and not bothering to add bank details into the form. I highly recommend you stay as far away as possible from this organisation!

Hi as soon as I got property add on realstate app i submitted all required forms. I got an email from them that some attachments are not opening so resend. I immediately again send allll required documents which I checked were opening easily , i provided me snd my husband contact number as well but they didnt repplied me.my husband called them, they said still didn't have inspection time so wait. but unfortunately without considering our email which we sent at earliest and without any inspection time they leased it. its really really disappointing

Very nice and supportive staff. The process from start to finish was amazingly simple and stress free which was a god-send for someone moving over the Christmas period. Very happy with Compass.

If I could give zero stars I would. Have lived in an SDA property since October and still have not met the landlord. Several promised maintenance services have gone ignored. No wheelchair access lift whichwhich they promised would be fixed before I moved in. Same for window screens. There are cockroaches and ants and have been from day one. Plumbing was blocked at move in and I have had to have the plumber out three times but my sink is leaking and still waiting.Landlord more like slum lord. Take advantage of disabled people for the money.

I feel very fortunate to have secured a rental through home in place. Moving is stressful, and they made the inspection/applying and moving process very easy. I highly recommend them.

Absolute criminal stand overs.Dwelling not up to council code. Zero privacy. Absolutely no regard for the disabled. Send sms's for inspections to be at home in under 24 hrs, then doesn't turn up. Turns up unannounced 2/3 weeks later with zero notification. Water bills sometimes 2 a month (oh we're allowed to do that!) & will happily try to put you on the street, due to their own" clerical errors.Unless you are desperate

Absolutely terrible staff unprofessional. I was going through some very hard times due to having to travel to attend to a sick family member, I was experiencing some financial hardship though as i was getting back up on my feet this company had kicked me and my youngest son out on the street with no rumours what so ever, not to mention I'm on the street during a covid pandmic.I was renting this house for over 12 yearsStay clear from Compass housing, they are heartless people, not to mention that I had a chance to finally finally speak to the owner (BLUCHIP) IN which they have told me that it's up to Compass to make the decision.Cara from Compass you are a liar and I bet you don't feel 1 bit guilty,You need to be reported.

Absolutely horrible !Multiple attempts to contact via email have been ignored , continuously calling & agent is always ‘busy’ (not replying to emails , clearly) . Moved out over a month ago & have been chasing my bond ever since ! Back & forth wasting my own time to try and get MY MONEY back . Can’t even get an honest answer as to what is happening , why and whether forms have been submitted or not .Worst housing I have ever been in contact with !

stay as far away from them as possbile, moved into a house only to find it was full of cockroaches every email was replied with 'i've sent it to maintenance' ended up fixing it myself, then when i ended the lease early due to domestic violence they took 2 months for a reply about the bond, then came back with multiple 'issues' after the house was professionally cleaned , there response to a broken door from the violence was ' no matter the situation its your responsibility' their staff are disgusting! never again
