Puppy Matters Co

Attending Puppy Matters Co classes has taught me and my partner how encourage preferable behaviours in our puppy. This has positively influenced the training atmosphere within the household and built our fur baby to trust us in unfamiliar situations instead of becoming overwhelmed.

Excellent dog training service. After completing the training course we signed up for some adventure walks to expose our puppy to walking with other dogs and we get to see videos each week of how he's progressing.

Very impressed with Jordan. He came to our place and gave us some good tips/recommendations on training our young pup. Showed us some different training methods. The next day received a big email with a very detailed explanation summarizing every single little thing we discussed in detail which was amazing, went above and beyond for a good service. Highly recommend this company!

I had forgotten how challenging owning a puppy could be, and was feeling pretty overwhelmed with my pup growing bigger and stronger and extremely excitable, and knew I needed to try and get some control of the situation. Even though I was unable to attend all of the sessions, Jordan's easy and understanding manner, and the resources he has provided are invaluable. I definitely see improvement now and understand how to continue to train my pup in the future, following his guidance. I also now enjoy Cooper more as well. I would definitely recommend the course to other puppy owners.

I’ve used PMC for both puppy classes and adventure walks and would highly recommend. We learned a lot in classes and the outdoor setting was a great chance to practice skills around distractions. When I have a long week at work its such a relief to know that Maple still gets to go out and have an adventure, and I love watching PMC socials of what they’ve been up to - although it does make me jealous!

As new owners we felt we needed to be taught the best way to train Evie. Jordan’s method is amazing and is very much about teaching owners how to connect with and teach their pups. His laid back and approachable manner makes everyone feel comfortable. The course is very inclusive and we have definitely gained confidence in the positive management of behaviours now and in the future. The course is also really great fun and Jordan welcomes any questions and advice needed between sessions. The puppy handbook they provide is very informative and great to revisit for tips and back to basics if needed. We couldn’t recommend Puppy Matters Co more highly and we hope to stay in contact for the fun activities offered in the future.

My big pup loves his Adventure Walks with Jordan, and I love sending him off on them! I know he's in safe and friendly hands and it's relaxing not worrying about him. He enjoys sniffing and exploring, and comes home happy and tired. I totally recommend Puppy Matters Co. Adventure Walks!

Before training with Puppy Matters our puppy was hard to settle and manage with new people and other dogs. The training course was simple to follow and easy to do extra training throughout the week. Jordan was very accomodating when our puppy was sick and his flexibility helped us get the most out of the training sessions. Our puppy is very calm in new situations and her confidence and behaviour has improved far past what I thought was possible. Doing this training for our puppy has been the best thing and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxed confident puppy who’s easy to live with.
