I give them 1 Star for answering the phone.Aidacare don't care! They're absolutely hopeless at customer service & delivering what's promised. I was warned & should have listened to Age Care professional who warned me of what to expect.

Not too impressed to be honest. Went in to buy some new items that I needed for an elderly client of mine. Took a long time before I was even approached for help. Then the sales assistant had no idea.. It was like they didn't even want to sell to me. Seemed to be overly expensive too! Ended up leaving with nothing unfortunately.

Happy to take my money when I hired equipment, but kept charging me for it. With charges made over a week after I returned it. No apology for over charging me, and made to wait for a refund. Customer service was great when I bought / hired stuff but below average when I had an issue.

Always had great service here when I have hired equipment for my stays on the GC. Cheap also, $8 a week for a shower chair hire.
