Car repairer told us he would organise car rental to which we received an email from IM IN THE RIGHT wanting photos of accident and all parties information.I had already done all this with my insurance company and repairer.I refused all the additional time wasting to which they waived and proceeded to loan the vehicle, already I was drained by the experience.Upon return of the vehicle they sent us an email saying we would be charged $380 for a full interior clean.They said there was animal fur in the car.Once we questioned them about this they claimed they did an standard clean and re-rented the vehicle outAt this point the next renter apparently returned the vehicle and said they had an allergic reaction in the car.I can understand how this can be signed off as cleaned and then charge the previous renter for this.We will never rent through or be directed to rent through this company nor recommend anyone else to this company

I was provided a loan car from I'm In The Right after a bad accident. From the very beginning I found this company very organised and efficient. Run by sympathetic and caring staff. I highly recommend them.

Please do not use this company under any circumstances. They are acting like they are trying to look after you. However before they deliver the vehicle to their client ( who is not at fault.) that's when the full story is told, that they now need your Credit Card even when you are not at fault!! I believe the Tow Truck company is paid a commission for giving information re accident.Very Dodgy & Fraudulent way of trying to get money off unsuspecting clients asking the credit card details. Read the fine print and do not use this company, be very careful before you sign up.

Had such an amazing experience with the team who took on my case, provided what I needed based off what I am entitled to as a result of being in the right in an accident just two days ago including a loan car the next day, and patiently explained and walked through the steps for me in claiming coverage for damages done, as well as seeking medical services which are all covered also. Couldn't have asked for a better service!

This company was recommended to me by a friend. I had no idea this service existed. The whole experience dealing with this company was a pleasant surprise from the outset. I dealt with Joel who was extremely helpful in explaining the process and setting me up with the replacement vehicle. I had questions about what was required on my side and how things work if there's a dispute, but its all explained very clearly. Of most convenience was the car drop off and pick-up to home. Saves so much hassle and helps deal with the angst of not being the at fault party but still being without a car if a replacement one is not part of your insurance policy. I requested a change of car during the period to allow me to get a tow bar and this was accommodated with excellent service. One of the best customer experiences I've had with any service provider. Highly recommended.

They organised repairs, towing and hire car all done at my home without any hassle for me. They both made it clear and understanding of how the whole process works. Jimmie the driver from I'm in the right, that dropped off the replacement car was very kind and helpful, the process was nice and fast. Jimmie answered all the questions I had and ensured before leaving that everything was all good with me. I highly recommend I'm in the right for all your not at fault accidents!
