Very Professional and friendly. Found the training to be fun and the coaching by Matt was spot on. Being guided through each exercises was very helpful and I definitely gained a lot of confidence in myself and using gym equipment. A great person and a highly skilled personal trainer. Would go out of his way to help his clients. Every session with him is absolutely exciting. There are days when I enter the gym dull but leave filled with positive energy and motivation after the session. Matt not only is a great trainer but also keeps my diet in check.
