Beautiful... beautiful...People with exceptional friendly service... beautiful big dog, great hearty meal with an actual decent side salad. Room is clean, good amount of blankets for the chilly weather. Will become my local when I visit. Must stop even if for a meal, the description of this place is spot on, feels like a home away from home!

Susi and Stu are excellent hosts. We stayed for 3 nights over Easter and nothing was ever too much trouble. Lovely people and amazing food and coffee. A very special pub.

Friendly and welcoming, even for non drinkers, with a couple of comfy lounge areas as well as typical pub seating. Meals available although we didn’t it in. The coffee is fantastic and the meat pies ( which we took with us) were as good as promised. Bathrooms modern and immaculate. Ticks all the boxes.

What a great pub stay this one is. Plenty of room just out the back for vans, motorhomes and big rigs. Tents and swags are allowed too. The owners Susi and Stu are very friendly and genuine people. Access to a toilet was provided overnight.Worth stopping just for the meals! Good size serves and reasonable prices. We will definitely stop here whenever we are in this part of NSW.Very dog friendly and has motel accommodation available too.

We called by the Deepwater Hotel Top Pub when travelling along the New England Highway on a recent road trip. Their hole-in-the-wall coffee shop (The Pear Tree) was open and we were able to order coffees. Friendly staff and locals, with great service and great coffee, and with seating out the front, this was a welcome break on our travels.

This is a great pub!! Service is A1 and the food was super good. Fresh fish and a 750 gm Tbone cooked perfectly. Need it closer to where we live.

What great people. Arrived at 3pm and was after some food. Kitchen closed but made me a plate of ham and salad, oh and a coffee to keep me awake. Thank you for your friendly welcome and hospitality. Your dog it beautiful too. Take care guys

Perfect little pub. Good meals. Friendly staff. Area out the back to stay overnight in the van. Fires. VERY dog friendly!
