Brought our cat over for general health checkup and vaccine. Has been a customer since 2019. And Dr. Nicholls are the best so far. He is thorough when checking your pet’s health, and pick up some little details that you might not noticed or expected.Very consistent over the years and impressive. Will continue visiting here. Recommended if you lived nearby and looking for a reliable and forever vet.

Rohan is the most honest and caring vet I've ever seen. Your pets will have the best of care with his clinic. All nursing stuff are highly competent and knowledgeable about treatments.The fees are very reasonable.You cannot put your beloved furry family members in better care.

Dr Nicholls and the whole team at Glenvale are wonderful. They are skilled, available and very detailed in their care. They have looked after both our dogs for the last 15 years. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dr Rohan is absolutely professional,he is super circumspective and make me feel really less worried. He do the body check really carefully and nurses are nice as well. I was feeling very panic before I went to there,because my corgi baby is shaking and can't walk in the morning due to the diarrhea but after we went to there they give me the reason why he can't walk and check his joint as well. I would absolutely suggest to go to this vet!

As a former vet nurse who worked for many years at Glenvale, I can vouch that Rohan Nichols is an awful man and a cruel vet. Things are very different behind the scenes. He is a smart man and well educated, but he is money and ego driven. It wasn't a pleasant place to work compared to other veterinary surgeries. It was all about how much money he could make out of the clients. Beware.
