Customer service second to none. Welcoming to my daughter's cosmetic needs, welcoming to our dog Sage who n we went in. Despite the Corona restrictions, Mecca and their staff are functioning as if there is no pandemic. Amazing shop.

I went in for a facial today which Betty did along with Celine. Both were so caring, respectful, gentle and helpful. I left feeling so special and equipped with the knowledge I need for my future skin care routine. Not once did I feel pressured to buy products either. Beautiful store and beautiful people. Couldn’t recommend more.Thank you again Betty! Xx

If you’re a Black or Brown shopper do not visit this store or risk being treated as an Inconvenience! Sales staff are passive agressive and rude and show absolutely no interest in assisting you. Will in fact push you out of the way to assist fairer skinned shoppers.

I had my makeup done by Poppy last weekend for my hens, and I couldn’t have been happier!! She listened to what I was after, and it didn’t feel rushed. She nailed the super fun silver sparkly eyes I was after and the dewy, glowy coverage I wanted. And she was so lovely! Thanks for such a great experience!

I had the nicest experience at Mecca Cosmetica Armadale. The lovely Jemima did my makeup and she was extremely welcoming and warm. Her attention to detail is above and beyond and her ability to make you feel so cared for is amazing. It was the most lovely experience and I am so glad Jemima was paired up with me, a fellow Swiftie. Massive thanks to her and all at this Mecca for a wonderful experience, I will definitely be coming back!

I stopped in at the Armidale store and I was disappointed at the lack of service I received. Not one employee spoke to me. They are happy to say hello to my wife yet I was ignored. When I wanted to pay for some items I stood at the counter for several minutes. The make up artists were right behind me talking amongst themselves knowing I wanted to make a purchase but chose to do nothing. Left the store without buying anything.
