Perfect Beginnings Child Care Centre
My daughter recently started at Perfect Beginnings EMP and I have been blown away by the professionalism, respect, and genuine care from the educators. The transition to a new centre can be daunting, but from her first day she has felt like she is at home, she receives nothing but love and learning while there. The educational programs are very high quality, and child-led based on current research. I love that her own interests and ideas are extended, meaning she receives tailored learning suited to her own needs and development. Would recommend highly to any family looking for quality care for their little one!

Let me say a few things based on my experience of sending my child to this center from the age of 8 months:1. My child has been hurt for the past 4days continuously. Her gums and lip were torn, her lips were bleeding, her cheeks and forehead were bruised and swollen, and her face was chafed with fingernails of someone. What's even more shocking is that the educator was not even aware of the fact that the child's mouth was torn, and blood was pooling on the lips. So, when I asked the center manager and operation manager about this situation where accidents happen continuously for 4 days, the answer was that accidents are a daily occurrence and that all children in this center are injured every day. They didn't even say a word that they would look more carefully, they were very imposing, which made me admire.2. The child has quite a few allergies. So, it must be your duty to ensure your child's safety by strictly following the allergy management plan.a. However, in the photo of my child uploaded by the center, my child had a dummy(pacifier) in her mouth which is not her. So, I asked the center manager to confirm why this happened, but I haven't heard back until now.b. Also, when I went to pick up my child, I asked the educator what my child had for lunch today. And the educator told me that my child ate pumpkin. That was my child not able to eat. And these kinds of issue were happened more than 2times since then. But most of time, I was able to hear from the team leader that the educator had misunderstood and my child hadn't eaten food my child couldn't eat at all. Whose are true, and why do educators say differently?c. My child has a cow milk allergy, so she can only eat the prescribed formula. However, I saw that an educator was connecting another child's nipple to my child's bottle. So, I made them aware immediately, and I was able to prevent an accident. It's scary to even think about it now.3. My child has been attending this center since she was about 8 months old. However, my child was filled with newborn diapers, which resulted in a lot of rashes and scars on the skin. What was the educator thinking when she did this?I had a lot of faith in this center that has a rating of Exceeding. So, I thought that the numerous accidents that were not listed above and were not a problem so far could happen in the process of my baby's growth.I believe that positions such as the center manager and the operation manager" should have the responsibility to educate educators and put the safety of our children first. And I still can't forget below answer from the center manager and the operation manager."It's no one's fault

Perfect Beginnings Child Care Centre
After parenting 3 children and experience with a number of different day care centres it was such a welcome change to join the Perfect Beginnings family with my youngest son. The level of service is far surpassed any other childcare centre I have been to. The educators I would liken to Primary school teacher quality and they are all very passionate about what they do. I have never been so comfortable leaving my child in care as I have been with Perfect Beginnings. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and have never disappointed!Absolutely recommend this service!

My daughter moved from another daycare to Perfect Beginnings Eight Mile Plains because it was the best of all the day cares my partner and I visited. The staff are exceptional. All staff, and even the other kids, know my daughter. There is a clear culture of care and nurturing all children’s development at this centre. As a parent, and a teacher, the updates, the photos and the description of some of the things she is learning is fantastic. The staff have also been very supportive in key milestones like the transition to solids, toilet training and most recently weaning off dummies. This is a great centre with great staff. I couldn’t recommend this centre enough.

Thank you to the Perfect Beginnings team for absolutely everything you have done for our kids. Our toddler loves it so much he even asks to go to daycare on the days that he's home! We love the updates and the photos you share, and we love how easy you make things for our family. More importantly, you truly have a wonderful team who go out of their way to help our kids grow and learn. We're constantly amazed with the new things our toddler comes up with, and we can often trace them back to Perfect Beginnings. Highly recommend the PB team!

I visit many services in my job and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Perfect Beginnings! They all clearly care about each of the children in their care. The inclusion of our First Nations People’s perspectives and all cultures from around our world are visibly imbedded into the environment and learning program. The learning space is beautifully designed and the child lead program is evident in how settled and calm the learning space is. If you are looking for a service who exceeds in the areas of relationships with children, developing engaging learning programs, and practices inclusion everyday, then this is the service for your little one!

This place is going downhill. They have a business focus. No longer the good childcare service provider they once were. Educational programs are reduced or completely slashed. Educator-led activities are kept to a bare minimum. Kids are allowed to watch TV and just do whatever they want. Incident rates go up. Management has zero accountability. When a complaint is made, they simply go and blame it on staff.

Since joining this organisation I have been amazed at their support, from fellow educators right through to management. They provide mentoring and a wonderful training program, which allows for growth and sees all staff reach their potential. I would highly recommend to those looking to work in the industry.
