Barrington Homes

We built our first family home with Barrington We have been here for two years now and still waiting on issues to be rectified (i must add, some have since been rectified) we have had the supervisor out 3 times to look at the same issues. Apparently they were not sure what to do with the grout falling out as homes don't really use tiles in the southern highlands because its so cold. (Very odd statement considering most homes have tiles)We opted for the cheaper range within Barrington (vibe) thinking the quality would be something similar in quality like the show homes. We should of gone for a cheaper project home for what we spent we could have gotten a lot more.If you are to go with Barrington I would suggest going all out and spending top dollar hopefully then it will be of high quality..One great thing about Barrington is Angela at reception is lovely...

My partner and I have recently built our first home with Barrington. From the first day that we walked into their display home to the moment construction was finalised and even after that, Barrington have been nothing but amazing. Being our first home, we were both quite unsure of the process and what it involved, Angela and the owner Andrew were great in alleviating these worries and talking us through the process step by step. This continued throughout the construction phase as Mark, our construction supervisor, ensured that we were aware of each stage, what was required of us and was happy to help and give tips about construction. Everyone definitely went above and beyond what we would have expected from a building company, we highly recommend them to all of our friends and will be building our next house through them as well. The finished quality of our home is fantastic, well beyond what we experienced when walking through the display homes of any other builder on the South Coast. If you want good quality and to have a good building experience, build with Barrington.

Great company to subcontract too highly recommend

We completed build 2.5years ago and still have issues which we now have given up.Sawmill trading who install the floors are incompetent.The staff we have comminicated with were great, but trades have let them down.We love our house but issues out of barrington homes hands have left our experience soured.

We had the pleasure of building with Barrington Homes in 2020. Our journey started early 2019 as we explored the different designs and layouts that would fit our needs. The Owner Andrew was more than happy to help us with all of our little nuances layout changes. They were more than happy to change orientation, size and positioning of rooms to suit our specific needs. During the build process we were extremely lucky to have been given Mark as our Site Manger. Any little deviances during the build that we noticed, he had already address and had a plan in placed to make sure that it was remediated with the various trades. Post completion of the build and ever since moving in we have not had or been able to fault any issues with our build. We 100% will be building with Barrington Homes again in the future and are so thankful we chose them to help build our dream home.

We've recently finished building our first home with Barrington Homes and could not recommend them highly enough.Right from the beginning every staff member we engaged with were friendly, professional and helpful.The team were flexible with our needs and the design process was easy and stress free and before we knew it, the build had begun. The build finished ahead of schedule and our site manager was meticulous with detail and timing and Barrington communicated with us regularly throughout.We would absolutely build with Barrington again as Andrew, Mark, Angela, Shane, Kevin, Rachel and Michael made the entire process very enjoyable!
