Well run Telstra store. Lost my I phone overseas & Jasmine helped me recover data & add to new phone. Very patient & understanding of Grey hair IT impaired!

2 visits to store to get NBN connected. They don't listen and now on phone trying to get help. I am terminally ill and this is urgent

I called into Telstra in Wonthaggi yesterday to report an issue with my broadband service and my account credentials.I was delighted to be met by Aaron, the new manager at the store.This young man certainly knows his stuff technically. But more importantly, he knows the importance of providing the best available service to his customers.I’ve been a Telstra customer for many years.Yes, I’ve tried Optus in the past however, whilst Telstra has had its ups and downs over the years, (particularly after the initial privatisation period) my recent experiences clearly show me that the company appears to have learned from its mistakes.The company seems to understand that a good customer experience is essential in order for the business to grow and be sustainable.Certainly this is the attitude that Aaron displays.My congratulations to Aaron and the team at the Wonthaggi store.Keep up the great work.(Disclaimer: I’m an old fella and I own Telstra shares dating back to the first sale of Telstra shares in 1997)

Very pleased with friendly staff and excellent service over last few days.Vinuri was so helpful and patient assisting with upgrade to new phones.A day or so later internet issues at home meant Michael had to help with hotspot gadget...it was an easy fix and meant I could continue to work from home. Kim was wonderful helping my husband with the samsung watch redemption offer. Thank you

I'm truly finding it hard to find anything positive to say after our recent dealings with Telstra Wonthaggi.I had to get a new phone on short notice, which I did, & the young lady who we were dealing with, absolutely stuffed my existing plan 'extras' (that I pay for).Would not recommend.

This is a super friendly store, all staff pleasant and helpful. It seems to have improved greatly to when we first attended the Telstra store. Well done to you all - a great shopping experience - Janet Cording

ZERO STAR RATING went to store late yesterday afternoon and it was empty, no staff. I waited for 5 minutes and left. I realised on leaving the centre all the employees were at the front of the shopping centre screaming laughing and swearing like a bunch of rowdy teenagers (i thought they were school kids until I saw a their Telstra logos) Their behaviour and presentation and language was appalling. One was identified as Kim and was screaming and swearing across the car park. They were laughing so it was not an emergency situation. I am glad I did not proceed with a phone from them. I went to Big W instead bought a phone and a sim card from Aldi. Looking at the reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. UPDATE & REPLY Despite the fact there may have been an emergency the staff out front of the shopping centre was loud, aggressive and out of control. Swearing loudly across the car park (Kim) and they all seemed to find the situation quite funny as well. They were acting like a bunch of thugs, not letting shopping centre customers navigate in and out of the centre freely and safely, including myself. Nonetheless it is poor behaviour by your staff. Maybe your staff were the instigators of the emergency" situation that required police attendance?"

Excellent service and Jaz was awesome at setting up my service! Great customer service and way better than Telstra Wangaratta who rate a 1 because you can’t give a 0

I dealt with Kim from Telstra shop Wonthaggi for a new customer account. I got a Telstra Sim-Card service connected with Kim's help and vast knowledge and understanding about my constant questions, lol...in the end Hubby was so very impressed with Kim's patience, knowledge and confidence that he is switching from an opposite Telephone provider to Telstra end of month with the same deal, ie Sim Card service. Thanks so much Kimberly for being such a great asset to the Wonthaggi Telstra Shop, you have 2 new customers who cannot sing your praises enough. Well done Kim from Diane and Anthony Egan.
