Reptile World

This morning, with advice from Nicole at Coffs City Council, I was referred to Steve McEwen Reptile world to assist me in the relocation of a diamond python who had settled in on our front deck.After a call, Shari was on the job in no time and was happy to assist.Her pleasant and professional manner was most reassuring and convinced me she is so passionate about Australian reptiles.Thank you so much!

Reptile world is a small area showcasing Aussie reptiles like Lizards, snakes and turtles. There’s a nice variety of animals that are easy to see.The enclosures are safe, secure and makes it easy to spot the animals. Steve who manages the place is incredibly friendly and accommodating. He along with Spike the lizard welcomes visitors with smiles.A great place to learn more about reptiles and where they come from.

Was expecting something more but the little ones loved it.a few snakes on display in a room and just out the door is a saltwater crocodile some turtles and water dragons and lace monitors.

Well worth a visit, Steve McEwan has a great collection of beautiful reptiles, is super knowledgeable and passionate about his animals. A fantastic family experience, don’t hesitate to drop in and be entertained by dad jokes, pat a lizard and maybe even feed some grubs to the water dragons and turtles. Thanks & see you next time…

Absolutely the best reptile park we've been to. Steve and the team know everything about all the reptiles and are great to talk to. This is our second visit and we'll be back every year when we visit Coffs. The animals are looked after well and visiting on a warm day they were very active! My boys were able to feed some of the turtles and lizards while they were there. Overall great experience, I couldn't recommend it more if I could and we can't wait to see Steve and the team next year when we come back to Coffs!

Fantastic experience, Steve was great. Good spot for kids, lots of experiences and really good visibility for exhibits. Can feed a croc, and handle lizards. Great little place.

My partner and I had an awesome time visiting reptile world next to the big banana although the place is quite smaller than I thought it would be. the cost for an adult is $12.50 and concession is $10 I believe. The animals are awesome but is mainly just snakes. There is a saltwater crocodile called snappy who is just adorable but I felt a bit sad looking at how small his enclosure was. To take photos with the animals I believe you have to pay $20 per person but you must take photos and on your own phone. I wanted to get a gift from the place As well but not many options and quite pricy. It would be awesome to have things like postcards or what not. I just wish the place was a lot bigger and for the $10 per person we spent we only spent a maximum of 10 minutes there because there isn’t much. I did love the animals but so much more could be done.

We had a great time today looking at the reptiles. The gentleman who was running the place was so knowledgeable and kind. He really went over and above to make sure our kids had a great time. Patting and hold the lizard and snakes was a highlight!

Only a very small centre with limited animals, but the owner makes up for it with his wealth of knowledge! And there’s usually a lizard to pat or feed which is great for the kids. Note it is separate to the Big Banana and requires an additional entry charge (about $30 for a family). Overall highly recommended!
