Australia Post - Burpengary LPO

Come here mostly everyday or at least few days a week and the usual staff are very friendly and accommodating. Even the manager is very nice and my favourite young lady. But yesterday, the staff whom I’ve never seen her face before treated me like a rug. Very very rude and unhelpful. She could have answer me in a nice way instead of being rude. Aa a Australia Post business account holder, I paid a lot of money to Australia Post and shouldn’t have experience anything like this lady did. Part of your salary is coming from me for your information. Will be puttung a complaint to Australia Post. Shouldn’t be hiring people like her. There are heaps of shipping companies that us sellers can swap anytime with better service.

Have been coming here for years and the staff are amazing. All the girls are very kind and helpful. Sad to see so many negative reviews when they work hard and do a great job.

Staff here are knowledgeable and helpful. They struggle in a small space with a huge volume of customers and do a fantastic job ❤️

Always well stocked and staff are friendly and professional. After hours access to PO boxes is great and access to LPO doesn't require going in to the Plaza.

Worst post office I've ever had to deal with - nearly every time I go there is some kind of issue. The staff are rude and unhelpful.Example; on two occasions I've been quoted company policy " so I could be sent away either unable to collect or to post a parcel - only to find out when getting home that was incorrect information and there was nothing wrong! (As I suspected having used the post system weekly for years). When going back again there is never an apology.Mistakes happen but this and similar issues have been consistent over the year."

Usually I go to Morayfield post office (excellent service there!) but today I came here and I wish I didn’t! Rude staff who over charged me and then refused to refund the extra. I used a small satchel I already pre brought at home and they charged me the full amount for a medium satchel (should’ve been $9.70 and I was charged $13.25) THEN I used a small padded satchel which should’ve been $13.25 but I was charged $16.70. NEITHER went over their weight amount. Woman were rude and just overall being silly behind the counter. Making smart a*s comments and joking about how they barely knew how to do their job.

The staff is very rude and it seems they all hate their job. As a customer it is frustrating when you need help with something. As long as you don't need help you are all good but any question asked is not well answered by the staff

I have regularly Been using the Burpengary Post office for about 10 years now with several visits a week posting products from online sales.The staff there have always been incredibly helpful, accomodating and friendly. They suggested and helped me set up a business account.

Most rudest staffNo consideration for working people. I guess all customers would be on benefits as they have little flexibility and then when you can make it in the small window they are open on weekends they are the rudest people who clearly do not want to be there or help anyone

I only recently got a Suite here and have never had one before. I didn't realize you were supposed to put the shop number in the address and I had a package coming from overseas. The staff couldn't fix my problem for me, which is fair since the package was already in transit, but they flagged it for me and advised me to contact customer support. They were polite and said they would keep an eye out for it anyway. It arrived the next day just fine. And I was so relieved. Have also had other good interactions there but this one really got me.
