Vain Hair & Beauty

Had a lovely, relaxing visit with Leigh yesterday, think I've found my new favourite hairdresser!! I have curly hair and find it a challenge to get a good cut but she did a fabulous job and offered some great curly haircare advice

So happy with Vain. The quality of cut is stunning and the staff cater to their clients' needs. Always on time and you always get offered a coffee of team. Head massages at the end of the shampoo are amazing!

I booked an appointment as I was coming to Wangaratta for a funeral, after leaving my home at Phillip Island very early in the morning to make my 1pm appointment time I arrived only to find it had been cancelled and no one had bothered to let me know. Manager was at lunch so I offered to go for a wander to see if something could be sorted in the meantime with the agreement she would ring to let me know if they could squeeze me I. ( there was not 1 person in salon ). After wandering for 1 hour I went back to salon ( still not 1 person there ) only to find the original girl gone and the woman there knew nothing of what had taken place and again no phone call. Still couldn’t possibly fit me in even though no one was there. What a disgusting way to treat your customers not once but twice when all it took was a phone call .
