I like this place, still my only Coles I like to visit, always clean, well organised, the front staff are amasing, the bakery there is one of the best, it depends on the baker of the day. Dominic the manager you cannot said anything wrong about him, he is so professional and very polite, I have never asked him about a product and didn't try everything to get it in store. Thank you Dominic for making Coles Beeliar the best Coles to shop in.

Its my local shop, and the store and its staff are generally pretty good. The one thing that could be improved greatly is the service at the 12 items or less counter. 6 times out of ten I am waiting in line for some time while the staff person is searching for cigarettes for a customer and they either cant find them or some other issue, its so frustrating when you have 6 people in line and no-one serving at the check-out because of bloody cigarette issues!

This is one great store. Neat and clean with large open isles that are easy to move around. Lovely friendly staff with excellent selection of products. Nice deli and bakery section and excellent meat choices. Fruit and veggie has a beautiful bright atmosphere and fresh products always displayed nicely. Well done to the staff here who make the store great. When shopping for others it’s easy to find everything here.

Love my local ❤️ always a pleasure.Just editing this post now as I just experienced some of the absolute WORST customer service I have ever come across from a supermarket worker. Her name was Vanessa (Ness) and was working self serve on a Thursday evening around 5pm.I had her asked to hold my basket for a few minutes while I when to grab my physical card and we I got back to pay I was rudely told it was all put back and swore at me when I said that I had asked her to hold it for me. I've just left feeling absolutely shaken and honestly think ness should never have a customer service job. She's obviously in the wrong field of work.ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!

Really really hate coming to this shop now , like a lot of people that now have to wait in a line for the One and only register that's open.I don't work for Coles so why should i have too scan and pack my shopping, and why at my age do I have to wait in a line of 4-5 others because we refuse to use the selve serve.Staff can see the line waiting to be served but always try and get us to Do it ourselves.. what are you paying us to do your job now? No wonder you never see any staff on except the one ones filling delivery orders .

Very understaffed, had to ask 3 different staff members to help locate a product as no one could be bothered to have a look. In the end I left without the products I wanted to purchase as I couldn't find myself. Will not be going back.

This used to be an amazing store but it has gotten incrementally worse every year. No butcher. The deli section is chronically understaffed. Items on special are hardly ever available. Entire product lines are frequently unavailable. It is hard to get through the aisles as click & collect staff are in the way. And now you are having to line up to use self service checkouts.
