Lovely, helpful staff. Emphasis is on comfort and practicality, but shoes all look good. Found exactly the shoe I wanted but sadly everyone else my size must have thought so too. Always on my go to" list for shoes."

This shop has a variety of good quality footwear. There was a sale on the day I was there & they were short of staff. The manageress apologised which was polite. Unfortunately, I did not find a pair that suited. Will return another time.

They were shut! Looked in the windows last Sunday. Appear to have some nice shoes. Will only know when I can walk in and try. Door says they're open till 5pm on a Saturday!

Great Shop with highly trained staff. I rarely get shoes anywhere else. Always buy my shoes at end of season because you get amazing quality and comfortable shoes for 50% to 70% off. They last ages as well.

Not professional store for special fitting shoes as they didn't have special shoes arrangement display on the shelves. Often when I picked up one I thought it was for bunions feet the sales woman would sau they weren't for special fitting etc. Eventually it was a waste of my time there and we could easily get a pait what suit my post surgery bunions feet in Paul Carroll store.

Great customer service. Yoy can find what yoy are after very easily; prices vary from cheap to expensive, but all round great for anyones budget. There is a discount if your birthday is coming up too. Getting proper fitment for your feet as well. I'd say their services are just as good as athletes foot. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I have shopped at Gilmour's in Mitcham. I was shopping for a particular foot condition, so was more than pleased when I was fitted by Rose who was knowledgeable, professional and ever so helpful. Thank you for the great service and array of good shoes!
