My nearly 15 year old Jack Russell had a great experience at the hands of Dr Ian Lynch when he needed to have some teeth out and I was worried about his heart murmur and his age. He's now happy and smiling, has clean, white teeth and no-one faints when they smell his breath. I was well informed on the procedure, costs and after care. The staff I dealt with were good people and took care of my dog.

We came into the surgery in a hurry when our beautiful border collie went into a cardiac episode and our regular vets couldn't find time to put our baby out of his distress and in this heartbreaking emergency Dr Ian and the vet nurses were incredible.Thankyou all from the bottom of our hearts.We will be back with future pets.

We can’t thanks these guys enough!Unfortunately we have been to many vets as our dog suffers from yeast infections! Not only that, but she is also a very difficult dog who won’t let us touch her ears, so we have to put her to sleep every time.The stress of this is full on for both her and us, but these guys on both occasions have made everything so seamless and easy! A friendly bunch who definitely consider all aspects to make sure your pet is as relaxed as they can be.We highly recommend this vet!

We had to do the hardest thing and let our best little friend go and farewell him from our lives. Stephanie, the team, and the whole experience from the first phone call was supportive and kind. When we were there for those final moments, I really don't know what they could have done better.Thank you for making such a hard time that little bit less hard and for listening to our requests. If your doggy is in their final moments, or just starting his journey, this is the place for them (and I don't write good reviews easily).

If your dog has for example conjunctivitis, the exact treatment they provided is available online for $7 and could easily be directed over the phone what she needs (I said that’s what she has, I just wanted a treatment). Instead our dog was told to come in for a 45 minute consult ($86) take trazerdone to calm down ($40) and then pay $38 for the $7 medicine. Not cool.

Very disappointed after our visit. The service was fine and friendly towards us and our pet, however the cost of the recommended medication was charged at up to 5 times that of the retail cost for the same product (same size and brand) available many places elsewhere. Due diligence on the price of medication would be recommended before purchasing, as 5 times the retail value is really not justified.

All staff are great. We have just seen Ian and really pleased with how he explained everything to us. He spent alot of time with us.
