Quality Pass Driver Training

my nephew went through this driving school and did over 10 lessons just to fail the VORT test. He would have a lesson then another lesson 2-3 weeks later I get that they may be booked with other people but how are you meant to remember over weeks? like come on. We ended up getting him to go with another driving school and he ended up passing his test and learning everything this driving school failed to teach!! honestly save your money and don’t use this company.

To keep a long story short I had my learners permit for 7 years before taking the Ps test. I honestly thought I was never going to get my licence because I didn't feel capable. During those years I drove with a few different people but no one was a better instructor than Jeanette. I learnt so much from her and she was great at creating a comfortable environment that helped mitigate my nerves. After completing my lessons with Jeanette I finally felt that I was ready to take the test and passed on my first attempt. I cannot thank Jeanette enough for giving me the skills and confidence I needed to get my licence.

Cant recommend Steve is high enough, i struggled to find my 19 year old daughter a very patient and understanding person to teach ger to drive , her confidence was very low and she was extremely nervous about driving. Steve listened to my concerns about her trying to fet over this fear. He was patient and gave her the right knowledge to be able to pass her test. Without the experience of Steve, she wouldn't have got her licence

After finishing my learners journey, I have become a more confident and calm p1 driver. From being to scared to drive on a main road, driving through round-abouts and next to cars I can say now I can do it with no hesitation! I want to thank Jeanette for being so patient and understanding of my mistakes during lessons and encouraging me to keep driving, in the end it was all worth it. I also want to thank Steve for being a contributor to the driving school and helping all these young people get their licenses! I highly recommend people do their driving lessons through this school!

Words can't explain the distaste i have for Steve, The majority of the hour was spent with Steve complaining about every generation you can think of and about how good his generation was, In my lifetime I have never made a review but just the sheer complaining I had to endure no person should ever have to listen to a 60 something year old balding bloke who clearly hates every minute of his life and job, Please consider another job avenue since you hate this so much. But if you reconsider working as an instructor like you have been for over 15 years please consider not complaining about everything your mind can think of when driving and just stick to teaching, Thanks Jeanette lovely woman and instructor and the complete opposite of Steve.EDIT REPLYING TO OWNER: you think I'm dumb enough to do it on an account that has my real name? what so you can come harass me about my bad review again id like to see how that works out, and quit replying with 'sorry you felt that way' to people its such an ungrateful and backhanded apology for the terrible stuff you put people through

I went through 2 driving instructors before I had steve, and imust say Steve was the best. He was patient and encouraging every lesson. He pushed me out of my comfort zone and at the end of the day i may not have liked it but it has built my confidence up a lot. He wanted the best for me and that was to Pass, and luckily enough i passed my test first go. I could not thank steve enough and recommend him to any new drivers wanting lessons.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I never write reviews, but I felt so compelled to leave one due to my horrible experience. Steve asked for cash upfront, that should have been my first red flag. His car was very old and the brakes were extremely touchy. He knew I had a history of anxiety, but assured me over the phone he would look after me. As a mature learner, I had been driving for several months with my partner and family members, and had grown quite confident in my driving abilities.But by the end of the lesson, I was shaken and made to feel worthless. He continuously complained about neck pain from my braking, and from other drivers braking from that day. He was more interested in angrily showing me what I had done wrong at the stop lights (on his phone!), than being patient with me on my first drive. He exclaimed in panic every time I drove fast enough to keep up with traffic, but complained if I was too slow around corners, even though I was being slow for his benefit. I could go on, but all I know is I didn't think I would ever drive again after one lesson with Steve. Instructors should guide and help you, not completely rob you of what little confidence you have. Do not let youself or someone you love have your confidence taken by this man like I did. Thank goodness I read Google reviews after my lesson" as I realised it was him that had the issues

Quality pass driver training was such an amazing company to go through. I had a bit of experience with driving but Jeanette taught me the ins and outs of how to be a good, calm and confident driver. If I were to recommend anyone for a driving instructor it would be to this company.

Had many lessons with Steve, he taught me everything I know and held me get my Ps.Always friendly and calm even with my poor driving at the start.
